What is a VPS?
A VPS is a physical server divided into several smaller servers. A VPS has the privacy and dedicated resources of a dedicated server, but with lower cost and more flexibility.

Do you provide Windows virtual servers?
No. For various reasons, we only provide Linux virtual servers. Note you do not need Linux on your own computers to own a VPS that runs Linux.
How long does it take to set-up my VPS?
This depends on your requirements, however most virtual servers are set up in 3 working days.
Do you provide instant activation?
No, we set up each VPS manually for our customers.
Can you provide us with a custom VPS?
Yes, please contact us for a quote.
Do you sell shared hosting?
No, we only provide virtual server hosting.
Do you provide dedicated servers?
No. Our virtual servers are more scalable and have increased redundancy compared to a standard dedicated server.
